Bequests

Making a bequest
We strongly recommend you seek the professional advice of a solicitor when making your will. However a general guideline of wording when leaving a bequest for the Cunningham Dax Collection is as follows:

I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH to The Mental Health Research Institute of Victoria Incorporated of 155 Oak Street, Parkville, free of all duties the sum of ............ (or details of real property, shares or other assets) to be applied by it for the specific support of the Cunningham Dax Collection and I direct that the receipt of its Treasurer or other proper officer shall be full and sufficient discharge to my Executors.
